You’ll experience a combination of quick-hit impactful classes, support sessions, and all the tools, techniques and resources you need. They include Lifestyle Planners, Meal Plans, Recipes, Food Lists, Workouts, Meditations, Hacks and so much more!
Remedy Suite Members Club is for our 8-Week Reset Program alumni. If you’ve completed our 8-Week Program you have the option to join our membership if you want to. It’s designed to provide you with continued, ongoing support and accountability along your maintenance journey, and get the mindset support you need to truly flourish for the long haul. Membership includes weekly support sessions and accountability, and next-level classes, where you can hone in on the areas you want to focus on in more depth. This is an optional subscription membership at £49 / month.

This program is designed to help you reach your best and most balanced weight. I believe weight loss is a result of a healthy lifestyle. The principles in each week focus on restoring your entire body and synchronising mindset shifts, which can optimise your body for weight loss.
The workouts have been designed to be done at home. You can of course do them in a gym too! You’ll need a Yoga mat, resistance bands and dumbbells (light if you’re a beginner). You’ll be given all the details as soon as you join and have plenty of time to purchase these if you need to.
You are supported every step of the way. With weekly group support sessions on Zoom, and direct email access to 24/7 support, where you can ask questions at any time. If you can’t make the live sessions, no problem. You can get support any time by direct email. You’ll have weekly accountability submissions too. Everything you need to stay on track through the 8 weeks and develop healthy and consistent habits to last the long-term.
