This is a subscription membership, available to pay either monthly or annually. Throughout your membership, you’ll have immediate access to all resources and support within the program. Membership is exclusively available to those who have joined The Midlife Reset—8 week program. You can purchase the Program here.
While the membership is optional, it’s designed to help you maintain and build on the results you achieved during the 8 weeks. The Reset Club provides ongoing support, accountability, and deeper insights that make sustaining your results easier and more manageable in the long term. If you’re looking to stay consistent and keep progressing, the membership is a valuable next step.
The Reset Club is designed to fit into your busy lifestyle. The fortnightly support sessions typically last an hour, and the additional resources and accountability check-ins can be accessed at your own pace. You can invest as much or as little time as you need, ensuring you stay on track while balancing the rest of your life.
The live connection calls are held fortnightly via Zoom, where you can join a group of like-minded women to receive real-time guidance, ask questions, and share experiences. If you can’t make a session, don’t worry you can reach out with any questions by direct email and I’m always active in our private Facebook Group.
The Reset Club is designed to keep you accountable and supported throughout your journey. You’ll benefit from regular check-ins, weekly live support sessions, and a community of women who share similar goals.
